Modular
Modular Assembly
1. PANEL TO PANEL ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
ALL PANELS AND CORNER SECTIONS WORK ON A "MALE/FEMALE" ASSEMBLY SYSTEM AND MUST BE INSTALLED FROM THE INSIDE ONLY.

You cannot use two "male" or "female sides to mate panels, or corner sections, because they will not lock together.

NOTE: If your sukkah has a window, or picture panel(s), start assembly - with the "male" edge to the left of the inside face.

Position panel at a 45° angle then insert side of Panel 1 into "female" side of Panel 2, as shown in the diagram.
Swing panels into place. (SEE ARROW) All support bars should be facing the outside
The door panel is the same size as the wall panels and me be substituted for any wall panel throughout your sukkah.
If panels don't match up, turn one panel upside down. (There is no top or bottom to panels.)

NOTE: Don't leave window, painted panels, or silk screen panels for last, since they cannot be turned upside down.

2. PANEL LOCK INSTALLATION
After each panel to panel connection is made, slide lock over outside flange of panels to secure the panels in place. (SEE DIAGRAM).
The lock should be slid down to the panels first horizontal support rib.

To double secure both panels a 12" long bar with a cut in the middle is placed on top and bottom of panels.

NOTE: The lock is used to lock the panels together and is not used in the corners or door panel.

3. CORNER ASSEMBLY
Hook "female" side of corner section into "male" side of panel, then swing in the direction of arrow shown in diagram.

NOTE: The next panel is assembled to the "male" side of the corner in a similar fashion (or visa versa).

4. ASSEMBLY OF LAST CORNER
(This step is for a 4-sided sukkah only.)

On a 4-sided sukkah, one corner must be left for last, This last corner will use the 2 short corner sections to join the last two panels together. These 2 short corner sections are to be slid in place, (instead of hooked) starting at the top of the last corner and sliding down.

NOTE: You may need a step ladder to see that you are sliding the corner sections in properly.

NOTE: If you have difficulty sliding this last corner into position, you can use any metal lubricant spray such as "WD-40".

5. TOP OF SUKKAH
WOOD BEAM ASSEMBLY

Place the pre-notched lumber beams on the top of the Sukkahm as shown in the illustration.

NOW YOU CAN PUT ON THE SCHACH OR BAMBOO MAT AND YOUR SUKKAH IS COMPLETE.

FOR SUKKAHS LARGER THAN STANDARD SIZE
Special Top Brace Clamp Brackets have been provided to give the walls greater rigidity and stability.
Slide wood bars (that have also been provided) into position as shown in the illustration.

FOR SUKKAHS WITH ONLY 3 WALLS
Attach the (2) Wall Support Brackets (that have been provided) to wall with screws. This can be a permanent installation.
Slide Sukkah panel into bracket as shown in illustration.
